Once we know the size and the amount of time required for the project, we can decide to book multiple sessions of 4 hours

MAINTENANCE

Once you have experienced the mental well-being given by an orderly space, maintaining that state is really essential! An integral part of my service is being there for you to periodically ensure that the organization is preserved.

This can be a weekly/fortnight/monthly service.

Hourly rate of $50 will be applied

PAYMENT TERMS

(All prices are in NZD)

During the initial consultation, after the first 30 free minutes, a fee of $50 per hour will be charged for the assessment. The client will incur a charge of $50/hour for research and acquisition of products. If the job location is beyond 15 kms from Halswell, Christchurch (Evolution Organiser Office) the Government kilometre rate will be charged (79 cents per km based on 2021 guidelines)

Payment to be made by bank transfer: a prepayment equal to 50% of the total estimate will be payable upon acceptance of the quote to proceed with the completion of the service. For the remaining amount, the client will be invoiced when the services are complete:

the invoice will be due within 7 days of service.
